There is now an integration for ShipStation users. It probably isn't useful to you if you use ShipStation via Crystal Commerce or Shopify, since we already pull fulfillments in from those, but if you are using ShipStation directly, or with CCGSeller, then it probably is useful.
This integration lets you pull in order status and tracking info from ShipStation, after you have marked orders shipped in ShipStation.
This is a one-way integration, pulling order status, but we plan to soon update it to push as well to avoid sellers having to export CSVs into ShipStation.
NOTE: you need to be on the $99.99 ShipStation plan to be able to access the ShipStation API to enable this integration.
Enabling and Using the ShipStation Integration
- Get an ShipStation V2 API key from your account settings in ShipStation
- Enable the ShipStation integration on Mana Pool on the Integrations page.
- After that, a Sync ShipStation button will show on your Customer Orders page.
- To sync, select the orders that you fulfilled in ShipStation, and press Sync ShipStation.
