This integration lets you manage the total fulfillment process for your Mana Pool orders within ShipStation.
You can add Mana Pool as a “custom store” in your ShipStation dashboard. Then:
- when you sync your stores in ShipStation, it will pull in your Mana Pool orders
- when you fulfill an order by creating a label in ShipStation, it will mark it shipped on Mana Pool and notify the buyer
Intended Audience
This integration probably isn't useful to you if you use ShipStation via Crystal Commerce or Shopify, since we already pull fulfillments in from those.
However, if you are using ShipStation directly, or with CCGSeller, then it probably is useful.
How to set up ShipStation
Log into ShipStation and go to your Store Settings.
Click Connect Store
Complete the form to connect to Mana Pool:
| Field | Value |
| URL to Custom XML Page | https://manapool.com/api/integration/shipstation |
| username | use your Mana Pool email address, which can be found here |
| password | use your Mana Pool API Token, which can be found here |
Click Connect
Footnote: Old Version of this Integration
Prior to January 19, 2026, you had to enable the ShipStation integration on Mana Pool, and click a button in the Mana Pool dashboard to pull in info to mark your orders shipped after you did work in ShipStation.
You don't need to do any of that anymore. Now, the "custom store" integration pulls in orders whenever you click sync in ShipStation, and marks them shipped in Mana Pool whenever you create a label for an order.
