Bulk Price Update allows sellers to update prices for inventory using customizable filters and pricing strategies. This tool lets seller maintain competitive pricing across large inventories.

Use at Your Own Risk

When using Bulk Price Update, you should review the changes and make sure your items are priced as you expect. Using Bulk Price Update is at your own risk, and if you mis-price your items and they sell at low prices, you are still required to fulfill any orders that come.

Safeguards

• We recommend that you first disable  yourinventory before activating the Bulk Pricer, so you can review the changes before going live again.
• When you run the Bulk Pricer, it generates an audit CSV to help you review the changes.
• You can also use the Price Change Threshold (detailed below) to ensure your prices don't change too drastically. This can be useful to ensure you don't match the low price of a seller who has mis-priced a card

How to Access

1. Navigate to your Seller Inventory page
2. Click the Bulk price update button in the top toolbar
3. The Bulk Price Update modal will open

Combine multiple criteria to target specific items:

Set Pricing Strategy

Choose how prices should be calculated. When setting prices targeted at Market Low, prices won't be updated if there are no other listings besides yours.

Percentage from Market Low

• Sets prices as a percentage above or below the market low price
• Example: -10 = 10% below market price

Fixed Amount from Market Low

• Sets prices a fixed number of cents above or below market low
• Example: -10 = 10 cents below market price

Adjust Current Price by Percentage

• Increases or decreases current prices by a percentage
• Useful for store-wide sales or price increases

Set Fixed Price

• Sets all matching items to the same price
• Minimum: $0.15

Configure Rounding Options

Round prices to common increments:

• No rounding (exact calculation)
• $0.01, $0.05, $0.10, $0.25, $0.50, or $1.00

Set Price Change Threshold (Optional)

Protect against extreme price changes:

• Enter a maximum percentage change allowed
• Items exceeding this threshold will be skipped
• Leave empty for no limit

Activate the Bulk Price Update

1. Click Preview Changes
2. Review the preview table that will show you a sample of what price changes will occur.
3. Click Update Prices to start the bulk update
4. Once complete, you can review the audit CSV to see everything that changed and didn't change. Click 📊 Export CSV Report.
