For situations that require a partial refund on a single Magic card, here are the guidelines we go by when mediating an issue on a sale.
If the parties are happy with a partial refund, most single-grade differences should result in a 10% refund per grade difference, or a 15% refund per grade on more condition-sensitive items such as vintage cards.
