If a package is returned to you, please use the Report Return to Sender button from the order page.
When you do this, your options are:
- request a buyer updates or confirms their address for a re-send
- refund the order
If you request an address update/confirmation from the buyer:
- if they respond, you will get an email with the updated info, and then you should send the package back out and click the button to confirm you re-sent it, and the buyer will not be charged any additional shipping
- if the buyer does not respond within 2 weeks, then you should re-stock the cards, and no refund will be issued
- if the buyer responds more than 2 weeks later, then Mana Pool will cover any costs to refund or replace the package
