Here are a few tips for managing your inventory, if you use manapool.com or CSV uploads, rather than connecting a store via Shopify or Crystal Commerce.
Also, check out the other seller docs for topics like becoming Verified, using Vacation Mode, settings price modifiers, and handling buyer-reported issues.
Quickly Edit Prices on manapool.com
If you want to keep your prices competitive, one easy way to do that is to use the Edit Prices feature in conjunction with the "vs. Low Price" column on your inventory page.
- Sort your inventory by "vs. Low Price" by clicking the column header.
- Click the Edit Prices button.
- Update any prices that are either much higher than the current market low. Listings are most likely to sell when they are the lowest listed price for a card.
Manage Listings/Prices with an Export/Import CSV Loop
One way to manage your inventory is to Export your inventory on your inventory page, then edit the CSV file with a spreadsheet editor, then re-import the updated file.
Manage Inventory via ManaBox
Another way to manage your inventory is to use the ManaBox app. This both lets you use ManaBox to price your cards, plus use ManaBox to scan in more cards.
Make sure to check out the Help page on ManaBox to make sure your conditions get mapped as you expect.
If you are starting fresh, you can scan your cards with ManaBox, export from the app, and then import that file into Mana Pool.
Once you have done this, you may also then wish to manage your inventory with an Export/Import loop.
- Export your inventory in Mana Box format from your inventory page.
- Import that file into ManaBox.
- Potentially scan more cards to add to your inventory
- Once you are done editing in Mana Box, export the file from the app, and then Import it back into your inventory page. There are options when importing to let you choose whether to update you inventory, or completely replace it with the new import.
