While sellers sometimes have inventory errors that lead them to request that Mana Pool replace or refund products in an order, sellers may not decline to fulfill orders based on pricing issues. Sellers may not decline to fulfill orders if they made a mistake in setting a price or if they find a product has spiked in price after they listed the product.

Sellers who decline to fulfill orders because of pricing issues may have their account disabled and may be banned from selling on Mana Pool.
