Mana Pool may remove any review that we believe violates the following guidelines. Repeated violations or particularly severe misconduct may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

Reviews should not contain:

• Slurs, hate speech, or discriminatory language.
• Harassment, personal attacks, or insults.
• Threats, intimidation, or encouragement of violence.
• Spam, advertising, or irrelevant content.
• Personal or private information about another person.
• False, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading claims.
• Profanity.
• Content that violates the law or Mana Pool's Terms of Service.

Moderation is at Mana Pool's sole discretion. To report a review, please email support@manapool.com and let us know the order number, as well as what rule you think the review violates.
