Shipping rates and requirements are standard on Mana Pool. It is set up this way so that prices are clear to buyers, and so that sellers don’t have to game the system to succeed.

No Marketplace Fee on Shipping

Mana Pool does not charge a marketplace fee on shipping - the seller receives the entire shipping fee, minus a credit card processing fee.

Tracking Requirements

When shipping a package that requires tracking, sellers must use USPS Ground Advantage (or better) tracking and use a bubble mailer or box for shipping. Sellers cannot use letter tracking services such as TCGTracking or EasyPost to meet the tracking requirement. Letter tracking can only be used when tracking is not required.

Shipping Upgrades on Small Shipments

Buyers can choose to upgrade shipments to Tracked Shipping, which overrides the rate schedule. If they do so, sellers are paid for Tracked Shipping and should send packages tracked even if the order is below the default threshold.

Mana Pool Seller Guarantee

Sellers can invoke the Mana Pool Seller Guarantee to have Mana Pool cover claims of non-delivery, when they have adhered to the above guidelines.
