Shipping rates and requirements are standard on Mana Pool. It is set up this way so that prices are clear to buyers, and so that sellers don’t have to game the system to succeed.

Mana Pool Seller Guarantee

Mana Pool takes full responsibility for claims of non-delivery with orders that are sent untracked in First Class Letter, and for shipments that are sent with tracking where the package is reported delivered by the carrier. 

To qualify for this guarantee, sellers should send only small, inexpensive orders (defined below) via untracked First Class Letter mail, and larger, valuable orders with tracking. We will refund or satisfy buyers out of our own pocket as needed.

USPS First Class Letter for < $45 and under 15 cards

If a buyer spends less than $45 and purchases under 15 cards, sellers should send the cards in a First Class Letter envelope.

Tracking for >= $45 or more than 15 cards

If a buyer spends $45 or more on singles, or orders 15 or more cards, sellers should send the cards USPS Ground Advantage Package or better shipping. Tracking is required on these orders. 

Tracking Sealed Products

If a buyer purchases Sealed Products (with or without Single cards included in the order), sellers should send the products USPS Ground Advantage Package or better shipping. Tracking is required on these orders. 

No Marketplace Fee on Shipping

Mana Pool does not charge a marketplace fee on shipping - the seller receives the entire shipping fee, minus the credit card processing fees.
