Please aim to ship orders within two full business days and mark them shipped on Mana Pool.

We count business days using US Eastern Time, including daylight saving time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays and their observed dates.

The day an order becomes shippable does not count. Counting starts with the next business day, and you have through the end of the second business day. This is not a rolling 48-hour window.

For ordinary in-stock orders, assuming no holidays:

We exclude New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Washington’s Birthday/Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, including observed dates.

For example, an order placed on Friday before a Monday holiday has Tuesday and Wednesday as its two business days.

Preorders and release dates

For orders containing unreleased products, the fulfillment clock uses when the entire seller order becomes eligible to ship. This accounts for the latest applicable release date among its items. Secret Lair products receive an additional 28-calendar-day release grace period.

The two-business-day expectation concerns shipping the order, not its arrival with the buyer.
