To adjust your shipping on Mana Pool, go to the Shipping Options in the seller dashboard. You can also navigate to this page by going clicking the Shipping Options link from your Inventory page.

Shipping Options

Shipping options for sellers on Mana Pool include a couple of key options:

• It's not common, but a few sellers choose to Disallow letter (untracked) orders. This will mean you will send all of your orders with tracked shipping, and buyers will be charged a larger fee for shipping (when they don't spend enough to qualify for free shipping), even on small shipments that would normally have a smaller fee and be sent USPS First Class Letter. This will probably result in you getting less orders, but some sellers only send out tracked shipments on all platforms and on their own website, so this can make sense for some sellers.
• If you are shipping from the US, you may wish to Disallow all Canada orders. This will prevent Canadian shoppers from buying from you.

Shipping Rates Can't be Adjusted

On Mana Pool, shipping is standard across all sellers. You can see the shipping rates here.

Sellers are not able to set different shipping rates, and free shipping always applies for seller packages above our standard free shipping rate.

This feature of Mana Pool is highly regarded by both buyers and sellers. We set the shipping rates at a price that covers the cost of shipping, plus a little bit of wiggle room, and sellers are expected to set their product prices to account for anything beyond that. This allows sellers to not have to strategize about how shipping rates impact sales, and makes it easy for buyers to understand what the shipping costs will be on any package.

Mana Pool also doesn't charge the 5% Marketplace fee on shipping that is charged on products, so the seller gets the entire shipping amount less the 2.9% credit card processing fee.
