Sellers can invoke the Mana Pool Seller Guarantee to have Mana Pool cover claims of non-delivery with orders that are sent untracked in First Class Letter, and for shipments that are sent with tracking where the package is reported delivered by the carrier.
To qualify for this guarantee, sellers should send only small, inexpensive orders (defined in the Shipping Rate Schedule) via untracked First Class Letter mail, and larger, valuable orders with tracking.
If a seller receives a non-delivery report for such an order, there is an option the seller can use when responding to the report to instruct Mana Pool to pay the cost of the replacement/refund.
Sellers must respond to issue reports within two business days of receiving the report, in order to qualify for the guarantee.
